Demonstrate Your Brilliance 102 - Advanced Presentation Skills
This program is designed to provide occasional presenters with advanced knowledge and skills to effectively present subject matter in which they have expertise.
Participants will be involved in a variety of training methodologies including individual oral presentations, exercises, and group discussions.
Course Objectives and Outcomes
Participants will learn how to:
- Structure and focus presentations for maximum impact
- Communicate complex information to senior management, executives and political staff
- Prepare a persuasive talk
- Learn the elements of effective storytelling and storyboarding
- Use PowerPoint to present financial data and visual analysis
- Implement best practices for visual aids
- Deal with challenging participant behaviours
