Why are we not getting our tasks done as quickly and efficiently as we would like?

Currently, we know what needs to be done.  However, by the end of some days, even though we are extremely busy, we don’t accomplish what we set out to do.

We need to be more focused with organized systems to get our tasks completed in a timely manner.

All 60 minute workshops are highly interactive and participant focused.

By the end of the 3-part virtual workshop series, participants will be able to better organize, plan, and manage their time, increase their productivity and reduce their stress.

Participants will:

  • Review various time management systems, tools and techniques that enable focus and completion of the most important tasks
  • Build their own time management system
  • Develop a Personal Action Plan to get started

 


 

Virtual Workshop # 1:
A 5-Step Productivity System to Move From Busy Work to Productive Work

In this module, we will review a 5-step productivity system to get organized and obtain the results you need by the end of the day.

Participants will be able to:

  • Understand the environment that is impacting time
  • Apply various techniques and tools to manage time and work flow
  • Implement a proven 5-step time management system
  • Take the first steps to implement a new time management system
  • Develop a Personal Action Plan

 

Virtual Workshop #2:
Quick & Easy Ways to Be More Productive

In this module, we will cover five fast and stress-free ways to obtain positive results and save time.

Participants will be able to:

  • Find the number one way to avoid failure
  • Implement the Pomodoro technique to get more done in less time
  • Plan, organize and deliver an effective 2-minute briefing
  • Use your prime time to do your best work
  • Say “no” without causing offense or resentment
  • Implement time management techniques and tools  
  • Develop a Personal Action Plan

 

Virtual Workshop #3:
More Ways to Get More Done and Save Time

In this module, we will explore five ways to save time and obtain better results.

Participants will be able to:

  • Use morning huddle meetings to save time
  • Use and maintain the power of focus to get more done
  • Get tasks done without being perfect
  • Eliminate procrastination
  • Apply e-mail protocols to save time
  • Implement time management techniques and tools
  • Develop a Personal Action Plan
