Presentation Skills Development Program in Winnipeg
Do you need to give a presentation and not sure where to begin? Or are you a more experienced presenter who wants to add spice into your public speaking?
This coaching program is for newer and advanced public speakers who want to increase their skills and develop their oral communication competency.
The program begins with an opportunity needs assessment and discussion around the participant’s needs, followed by a high level of customization. Key development areas will be identified, along with constructive recommendations for change. Specific considerations include participant centered feedback, one-on-one personalized coaching, and current participant projects.
The purpose of this program is to enhance the participants’ public speaking skills and to build their confidence through personalized coaching.
After the needs assessment, some considerations for the participants include their physical image, preparation of presentations, effective delivery, visual aids, platform skills, impromptu speaking, use of a conversational tone for informal talks, and handling Q’s & A’s.
The focus of this program is on presentation skill development and not on media relations or political acumen.
Feedback and evaluations for participants will be provided during private one-on-one coaching sessions.
Each coaching session would last one hour depending on the participant’s schedule. Weekly meetings are recommended with scheduled follow up.
