Coaching Champions in Human Performance
Effective management of work performance is critical to a team's success. This workshop explains how to apply a coaching conversation approach to establish positive relationships and to meet performance objectives. Participants will learn how to conduct a coaching interview.
Participants will be able to use effective coaching conversations to manage performance. Attendees will learn how to:
