It does not make a difference if you are a team leader or member, everyone makes a valuable contribution to a team. This workshop will explore effective team building strategies and ways that teams can achieve results, even without authority. It uses the analogy of climbing a mountain.

You will learn tips, tools and techniques to develop a "one for all, all for one" mentality. In particular, you will explore some motivational techniques to apply from the get-go, so that potential problems are averted. You will learn how to promote and maintain a creative and productive atmosphere and practice team building exercises that you can use in your team. You will also learn how to achieve results by playing the game.
